Dunlap Construction Inc. has been building in Texas since 2004. We are headquartered in Houston, but our expertise isn’t limited to Texas. DCI has completed projects throughout the United States.

Our services include – Design/Construct, Office Buildings, Build-to-Suit, Manufacturing and Distribution Centers, Data Centers, as well as Recreational, Leisure, and Healthcare Facilities.
